My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The food quality was impressive, and the dining staff provided excellent service, especially Mr. Anurag. However, I found the overall experience lacking, and the room and pool maintenance left much to be desired. The view from the lobby was lovely, but it didn't quite compensate for the other issues I encountered.
